Product Warranty

LazyPro guarantees the absence of material or manufacturing defects in this product for one (1) year from the date of purchase, provided that the product is used in residential conditions. This limited warranty does not cover defects caused by improper handling, accidental damage, or attempts at repair by anyone other than LazyPro.

Warranty Terms

  • LazyPro Care warranty is non-transferable and cannot be extended to other products.
  • The warranty applies only to orders placed on the LazyPro website.
  • The warranty is valid only if the product is used as intended and under normal conditions.
  • The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by negligence, misuse, intentional or accidental, modification, or commercial use.

Additional Warranties

  • Massage chairs (priced over $1000 USD) ordered by ground transportation are covered by a three-year LazyPro Care warranty.
  • Mini-split air conditioners have an 8-year warranty on the compressor and a 5-year warranty on parts.

Warranty Exclusions

LazyPro is not responsible in the following situations:

  • Breakage due to natural disasters.
  • Problems arising from improper installation.
  • Products with removed, disabled, or altered safety features.
  • Damage caused by third-party actions, fire, collision, vandalism, or theft.
  • Breakage caused by accidental damage, liquid spillage, insect infestation, foreign object intrusion, misuse, mishandling, or deliberate physical damage.
  • Breakage due to war, invasion, foreign enemy action, warfare, civil war, rebellion, riot, strike, lockout, or civil disturbances.
  • Seizure or damage of parts due to failure to maintain proper levels of lubricants or cooling fluids, use of contaminated or unsuitable lubricants, use of stale, contaminated, or unsuitable fuel, freezing, or overheating.
